What
is a Zip File?
eBook is a pdf file however,
we have compressed it, for faster downloading, into a
zip file. You will need to download the zipped file and
then unzip the .zip file to access the .pdf file. (if
you need the unzip program, you can download a copy at
http://www.winzip.com)
What
is a PDF?
Our PDF eBooks are Adobe
Acrobat formatted. They are downloaded and read on your
computer. You can Preview
a PDF here.
Our eBooks cannot be downloaded using WebTV. Be
certain that the ebook can be downloaded to the computer
for which you intend to order. You cannot download to,
for example, a library's terminal; and you cannot download
it to a network server or a shared system at work.
Our
eBooks for Sale Cannot be Shared! eBook
purchase is for ONE copy to ONE INDIVIDUAL computer. Sharing
the ebook or placing on a network system is illegal and
in violation of copyright law!

Our PDF eBooks require
Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader 5.0 or better to read them.
If you don't already have the free Reader installed
on your machine, you can download it here
for free.

most likely already have the Adobe Acrobat pdf Reader
on your computer.

you are not sure if you have the right version of
the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the eFile, just click
on the Preview Test View Here.

IMPORTANT: If you
do not have the most recent version of the reader (4.0),
you need to delete your current version and then download
version 4.0 at the URL above. If you don't delete the
old version, you will experience problems.

If you tried opening
the pdf online rather than downloading the file, this
could cause your error message (depending on your bandwidth,
connection, etc). It depends on the browser and how
it may have been configured. When one clicks the Download
Now button , it will just open the ebook for viewing
rather than download.

You need to right-click
on the Download Now button (control+click on a Mac)
and choose Save As or Save to Disk to save the PDF to
your machine. Be sure to note to where you saved
the eBook file so that you can open it for viewing.

To open the eBook
-- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on file, open, and
find where you saved the ebook(s) you downloaded. -or-
double click on the eBook file that you saved, and the
Reader should automatically open the eBook.

Password
Help- If your eBook came with a password
-- that password was included in your thank-you receipt
that you received via email. Please keep this information
in a safe place.

You can redownload your order via our After-Services page.
Please go to
http://store.esellerate.net/support and enter your
order number and the email address used at the time of
the order and click the "submit" button to continue.
Then on the next page you are directed to, there will
be several support sections - one of which deals with
redownloads. Under that section is a "here"
link. Click that link and you will be directed to a page
that shows your receipt with a download button for each
item on the order. Click the button to redownload. You
may also try right-clicking on the button and then selecting
the "Save Target As" option to manually browse
and save your file(s). If

EBK Formatted Ebooks

Understanding
the EBK Steps:

You must
be logged onto the Internet the first time you open/register
the eBook so that it can verify you are the user of
the eBook.
-
When you
start the eBook for the first time, you will have to enter
your Username and Password (provided via email once
within 24 hours of payment confirmation).
-
Once you
have entered your Username and Password, the EBK eBook
will go online to the server to match the Username and
Password to the database.
- If your Username and Password
are valid and have not been previously registered, the eBook
will unlock and mark your user's account as "active,"
giving you full access to view the publication.
- eBook security only allows
eBook to be accessed by purchaser (one user). If your eBook
has already been registered on your computer, you will not
be able to read it on a different computer until you unregister
from the first computer, then register to the second computer.

How
long will it take to download the eBook?
Download
time varies by modem type, modem/cable speed, ISP services
and individual computers... however, my modem takes on the
average, about ten (10) minutes to download the eBook.
