To create this candle: I started with 3 heart shaped containers each with a different color (red, white, blue). After they solidified I cut out the sections that I needed and put it in a seperate heart container then covered with hot clear gel. When that dried I cut out a hole in each section for my tealights and inserted them. When I was finished with that the last touch was to go over the blue with a heat gun and apply the star glitter.
